The Meat Department at Pat's is truely our flagship department. Its here that you will find a remarkable selection of Beef, Poultry, Pork, Lamb and veal fersh cut everyday by our experienced butchers. Michael manages the meat department and brings over 25 years experience as a meat manager and buyer. All of our meat cutters are very experienced, so take advantage of their expertise and knowledge. They are always available to answer your questions, such as what goes well with what, or what cut you will need for the meal that your planning, how much will you need, even how long to cook it.

PAT'S has a wide selection of USDA CHOICE BEEF and CreekStone Farms certified black angus beef, from savory sirloins to tender cuts of filet mignon, sure to please even the most discerning palettes. We carry all natural AGA certified 100% grass fed beef from Rain Crow ranch. We carry a superior selection of pork, lamb and veal products. Bell and Evans natural and organic chickens. We also carry a line of fresh ice packed chickens that arrive daily, and are packaged fresh every day.



Our ground beef is fresh ground in our meat department several times a day, and packaged in a variety of sizes. We display three grades, 80/20 a 90/10 and a 93/7. Fresh ground beef patties are made everyday, 4 oz. or 6 oz.. We also make gourmet patties such as Portabella Mushroom and Swiss cheese, fresh ground beef and chedder cheese , also a Sundried tomato and basil.



Fresh all natural sausage, with no preservatives, made 5 days a week. We use fresh pork butts, natural casings and only the finest spices to make our sausage. You can purchase it hot or sweet in links or loose ground . We also make a breakfast sausage, chicken, and broccoli rabe, try some today.

We are now featuring our very own all natural chicken. Like the national brands the Pat"s IGA brand is raised with no hormones and no antibiotics. Our meat case will offer several cuts from chicken breast, chicken cutlets, chicken tenders, and whole chickens.
